Project Overview: Oregon Hops & Brewing Archives

Housed in Oregon State University’s special collections and archives research center, OHBA is a brand new collection dedicated to gathering all things related to the history of brewing in Oregon. Utilizing Oregon State University’s brand guidelines, I created a fun, modern, and exciting identity for OHBA.

Since the time I’ve spent helping shape OHBA’s identity, the collection has grown immensely. A launch event in Portland, Oregon brought industry recognition for OHBA. Working with the lead archivist Tiah-Edmunson Morton, we have been able to use the momentum and carry the vision of OHBA further.  Because of the help I’ve done throughout OHBA’s inception, Tiah has been able get that recognition and do interviews with Fresh Air on OPB, The Register Guard, and The Growler.

OHBA is continuing to grow, and the branding and identity I have created has been a key point in creating a memorable experience.
